Working at Petta Technology

While working as a programmer and system administrator, Damon Petta noticed that there were two different types of professionals in the technology industry. The first type of person was the classic tradesman. Damon observed that these people were often skilled and competent, but that their competence was the result of study and experience, not a deep understanding of large systems. The second type was the natural, a person whose talent was not only the result of study and experience, but also the result of an innate understanding of large systems and the various components that comprise those systems.

In 2001, the vision of creating a consulting firm comprised of the best talent in the industry began to take shape. Today, that vision exists in the form of Petta Technology. Our company culture is developed with the "Open Source community" mentality, allowing freedom and the pursuit of excellence. Petta Technology is dedicated to providing a relaxed work environment and great flexibility to all involved.
